At DULCE STORE PARIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible fashion items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Paris

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our Paris warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
